·Machine composition
The machine is mainly composed of a motor, a negative pressure fan, an air filter, a frequency conversion speed regulation (host), upper and lower brush ears, cutting blades, waste conveyor belt, stacked conveyor belt, etc.
·Working procedures
Manual feeding plate on feeding mechanism → automatic feeding with sucker → brushing of plate lugs → cutting of lugs → rolling and cutting plates → turning of finished products → plate cutting → plate stacking → waste material conveying → manual packing.
·Features：
1. This equipment adopts the active rolling cutting method of the cutter, with high cutting accuracy.
2. The longitudinal and transverse reversing is fast and stable, and the rolling cutting speed is 65-95 pieces per Min.
3. The sucker is loaded, the cutter spacing is adjustable, and it is compatible with the cutting of 2-9 continuous plates.
4. All parts in contact with the plate are made of stainless steel, which completely eliminates the damage to the plate performance caused by cutting.
5. The entire working channel adopts a stainless steel partial sealing structure to minimize the generation of lead dust and the effective recovery of lead slag during the production process, while protecting the machine from lead dust and extending the service life of the machine.
